This week, our theme is by request from a fellow meditator, Emma from Minnesota. She shares. “I really “hate” myself for judging others based on how they look on the outside, even before I know them, but I can’t stop doing it.” Passing judgment on others seems second nature to us. In fact, we seem to have a built-in mechanism for judging others that may stem from a survival need to protect our own self-interests. As you’re guided through this week’s series, you’re going to discover a non-judgment thought process that stems from yoga and meditation philosophy.
