If you have acne prone skin PLEASE do not buy this product! I started getting an extreme increase in acne after just 2 weeks of using this product! The high amount of B12 caused a break out for me! They advertise that the product will clear up skin and that is false! My skin here is typically 100% clear and red bumps turned to pimples to small pustules! Stopping this product cleared my skin back up! I may be a rare case, but if you have acne prone skin, be safe and stay far away from this product!

I have always been one to have digestive issues. I was a little skeptical to order. I mean how can two gummies possibly help? I have tried to drink vinegar water in the morning but it is just so yuk. I decided to give this a try. First of all, the taste is great. It took about a week for me to see the difference. I no longer have heartburn issues or belching. My stomach does not feel bloated. Yay! My routine is to chew two gummies in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast. My food digest better and using the bathroom is like clockwork which has been an issue as well. In the evening I chew 1 more gummy 30 minutes before dinner. This supplement is working great for me. Please allow time for your body to absorb the nutrients. I will order this as long as they sell it!

Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, but based on some google research and back of the napkin math, you would have to eat 28.6 gummies to get the recommended 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into your body.

Amount of apple cider vinegar in each gummy = 500mg
    Roughly 14,300 mg = 1 tablespoon
28.6 Gummies = 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

These things are damn tasty, but don’t do anything for you health wise. I’m no health expert, but please some one tell me I’m wrong because I’ve been eating these for a while now.

Yes, they’re yummy. Let’s look at WHY they’re yummy. The FIRST ingredient is sugar. Other ingredients: tapioca, water, pectin, citric acid, malic acid, and apples/carrots/black currants “for color”. So this is a cute looking, good tasting, gummy candy. That’s it.

But ACV you say? On the bottle they admit that each gummy has 500 mg of Apple Cider Vinegar. 500 mg = HALF of a ml. For weight loss, 15-30 ml ACV are recommended per day. For blood sugar management, 20 ml are recommended. Etc. The point is that you would go through a bottle every 2 days or so to hit the recommended ACV allowance. At $20/bottle that would really add up.

On a similar subject, they recommend 3-6 gummies per day. There are 60 gummies per bottle so the longest a bottle could last based on that would be 20 days. I guess that’s better than a bottle every 2 days – which is what you would need to reap the benefits of ACV.

    Total. Scam.

I first saw these advertised on Facebook so I purchased them from Amazon. I’ve taken them for several weeks now, 4 gummies a day. I wanted to leave an honest review in their Facebook comments but it seems like they filter out all negative reviews. There are none to be found! So I thought I’d write a review here on Amazon. The taste is great, however, the texture is a little icky. Like firm jelly. I’ve noticed NO results in weight loss or how I feel physically. I think there is a lot of hype surrounding this product, especially because it has a celebrity endorsement. But for such an expensive supplement with no noticeable results, to me, this not worth it.
