Easily Return Your Items.

  1. Login and select the order that you’d like to return.
    • Select the item(s) you would like to return from that order.
  2. Review the details of your return for accuracy and submit your return request.
    • You’ll be issued a credit (minus the cost of your return shipping label).
  3. Print your return shipping label and mail back the package.

    • Once we receive your returned package, A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It’s as simple as that.

Return Policy and Used Product Return Warning

We do not accept returns for used items. If your item arrived damaged or you suspect that it may be defective, please do not return the item. Contact customer service immediately and we will be happy to personally assist you.

We accept returns on all unused products within their original, unopened packaging, up to 14 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been opened, sorry, we cannot accept the return.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. All international purchases are final.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received inspected to comply with the above that products have in original condition unopened. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund or exchange within 72 hours. If there was an issue with your return we will notify you by email the issue and reason for rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cbdreliefauthority.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You are responsible to pay for the cost of shipping back.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cbdreliefauthority.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
